Holiday Schedule
Service will be delayed by one day due to these holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
For example, if your regular service day falls on New Year’s Day, Friday garbage and recycling will be serviced on Saturday.

Corvallis and Philomath Area Household Hazardous Waste Events
The Corvallis and Philomath Area Household Hazardous Waste Facility is located at: 2363 NE Belvue Street Corvallis, OR 97330
Household hazardous waste collection events for residents are held from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on the 2nd Saturday of February, May, August, and November.
There is no cost for residential customers. This includes household quantities (5 gallons max) of:
- Paint, motor oil and other car fluids
- Batteries, fluorescent tubes and electronics
- Pesticides and herbicides
These items will be safely processed and, where possible, recycled so they can be used for future products.
There are some items however, that will not be accepted at this event such as:
- Business or industrial waste
- Ammunition, explosives and fireworks
- Biological or medical waste and sharps

Commercial Customers:
Businesses may dispose of hazardous waste on the 2nd Friday of February, May, August, and November, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Advance scheduling is required, and charges apply. To schedule a commercial drop-off appointment, call 279.265.5876.
