CORPORATE RECYCLING & WASTE CONFERENCE

AKRON, OHIO – August 12, 2010 – Waste & Recycling News, the leading news source for environmental management, is launching a new world-class business conference. The 2011 Corporate Recycling & Waste Conference (CRWC) is scheduled for Sept. 27-29, 2011, at the Gaylord Palms Resort in Orlando, Fla.
The conference focuses on how business executives can advance their organizations’ sustainability issues while controlling expenses and maximizing profits. Republic Services Inc. is the co-organizer of the CRWC. Republic Services is a national leader in recycling and solid waste management with units that serve industrial, commercial and residential customers.
The Corporate Recycling & Waste Conference will feature speakers from general businesses, the environmental management sector and government. These speakers will provide attendees with a better understanding of how they can improve the management of their companies’ waste streams and recyclables. Attendees will walk away with knowledge and techniques that they can immediately deploy to make their business more sustainable with a focus on bottom-line results. In addition to speakers and presentations, this event will provide high-energy networking forums and a table-top exhibit area to give attendees personal exposure to peers and colleagues.
