Attention Commercial Customers:
Beginning November 4, 2025, all commercial, multi-family and industrial customers who were impacted by the July work stoppage (July 8 – July 18), are invited to please contact 650.756.1130, for assistance with a service credit request for missed collections. Please note that service credit requests related to the work stoppage will be made available to Daly City customers between November 4, 2025 and December 19, 2025.
Please be prepared to provide your name, account number, and the days in which regularly scheduled services were missed during the work stoppage. A customer service agent will assist with calculating and processing a service credit for each verified missed collection during the work stoppage period.

Holiday Schedule:
Closed: New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Pumpkin Festival weekend, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Closed at 12 p.m. on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
Accepts:
Virtually all solid waste, motor oil (5-gallon limit), oil filters and antifreeze. Most material considered hazardous waste is not accepted.
