NEVER place batteries or household hazardous waste (HHW) in any collection container. These items cause fires, endanger workers and the community. Always remove batteries from items before disposal. Please take items to our HHW facility located at 101 Pittsburg Ave. Richmond, CA or an approved drop-off site for safe disposal.

Customer service is our number one priority. Enhanced recycling and organics services — along with our existing services, such as on-call clean-up, bulky item pick-up, pre-paid bag ties, carry-out service, and debris boxes — are part of our ongoing efforts to better serve the Hercules community.

Holiday Schedule
We observe New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. If the holiday falls on Monday - Friday, your pickup will be delayed by one day. If the holiday falls on Saturday or Sunday, there will be no delay.

Please bring proper identification or this postcard as proof of residency.
