Holiday Schedule
Drivers work all holidays except Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. If those holidays fall on a weekday, your collection will be delayed by one day. We operate on a regular schedule for all other holidays.

Webster Parish Landfill Collection
Starting January 2, 2026, residents may take waste to the Webster Parish Landfill at 493 Landfill Road once per week at no charge.
- Residents must provide their utility bill (that states sanitation fee) and provide identification with the same family name as stated on the utility bill.
- No commercial construction or lawn/tree care companies are allowed access through this provision.
- Residents are allowed to bring the following:
- Household waste: Up to 10 bags
- Yard waste: Up to 10 bags
- Large piles of limbs: Piles can be no larger than 6 feet high, 6 feet wide and 6 feet long and limbs cannot exceed 6 inches in diameter.
- Household items: One large household item such as a couch, recliner, bed mattress, etc.
- No home cleanouts
Bulk Collection
Bulk collection is on-call starting January 9th, 2026.
- Residents can schedule the following items for collection to be picked up within a 7-day period:
- Yard waste: Up to 10 bags
- Large piles of limbs: Piles can be no larger than 6 feet high, 6 feet wide, and 6 feet long and limbs cannot exceed 6 inches in diameter.
- Household items: One large household item such as a couch, recliner, bed mattress, etc.
- No home cleanouts
