Attention Residential Customers
- Holiday Service Schedule: Wishing you a safe holiday! Please note that your Republic Services recycling and waste service will not be affected by the upcoming holiday on 5/26/2025 for Memorial Day.
- Effective May 2025, Republic Services will be adjusting your billing frequency: We will be transitioning from an every-month billing frequency to an every-other-month billing frequency. As a friendly reminder, please pay invoice statements as they are received to prevent service interruptions.
- Rate increases are being evaluated by regulatory entities, and authorized rate increases will go into effect on July 1st, 2025. Republic Services is requesting increases of between 1.5 and 10%, depending on the community. We appreciate and value your business. Paulina Customers:
We take trash and recycle at the Paulina Transfer station from 8:00 - 10:00 a.m. on the second Saturday of every month.

Deschutes Recycling & Compost
Republic Services operates one of the largest recycling facilities in Central Oregon. We accept electronics, yard waste, bulk items, tires and document destruction, as well as many other materials traditionally accepted in curbside recycling carts.
