Recycle Plus
Coming soon! Bend, Redmond and Sisters will be offering a new subscription recycle service that will collect an assortment of items not typically accepted in your recycle cart, such as: clamshells, batteries, fluorescent light bulbs and textiles. Spring Cleanup Events
City of Redmond Cleanup Event for April 6th - 10th, 2026
This is for customers within City limits only. All material must be placed on the curb prior to 5 a.m. on service day or the night before. Items will be picked up by a different truck than regular trash — customers may have trash service completed before bulk service. Materials placed for pick up after service day will be charged the regular bulk pick up fee. Please see flyer for more information.

Organics Recycling
Republic Services has 20 organics recycling facilities, and we use state-of-the-art technology to make the process efficient. We recycle approximately two billion pounds of organic waste into soil amendments that can be used to naturally enhance the health of crops for commercial farms and in community gardens. We're also recycling organics using anaerobic digestion into a renewable energy source.

Deschutes Recycling & Compost
Republic Services operates one of the largest recycling facilities in Central Oregon. We accept electronics, yard waste, bulk items, tires and document destruction, as well as many other materials traditionally accepted in curbside recycling carts.
Deschutes Compost offers premium compost available for pick up or delivery. We offer BioFine ® and SoilBuilder ® compost, and ready-grow soil and premium ground cover. Visit the link below to view our guide and for more information and pricing.
