Holiday Schedule
We observe the following holidays. If your service day falls on or after one of these holidays, it will be delayed by one day. For all other holidays, your service day will remain the same:
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day

New Service Details Effective January 12, 2026
Important Dates for Upcoming Cart Delivery and Removal
New carts:
- Cart delivery will begin on December 29, 2025.
- Residences will each receive one recycling and one trash cart.
- If your current solid waste service days are Monday/Thursday, you will receive your carts the week of
December 29. - If your current solid waste service days are on Tuesday/Friday, you will receive your two carts on the week of
January 5.
Old carts:
- If you currently rent Republic Services carts, you will need to leave your carts out to be picked up on your cart delivery week. All homes will receive new carts.
- If you currently have your own carts, they will no longer be serviced, beginning on January 12. If you want to dispose of your personal carts, you can set them out front with your bulk trash. Please ensure they are empty.
- If you want to keep your small recycle tubs, you can use them as needed, but they will also not be collected starting January 12. If you want to dispose of the small recycle tubs, you can also set them out with your bulk on your collection week.
Bulk Pickup Schedules
Bulk will be collected twice a month and is limited to 6 cubic yards per collection. If you need to schedule a special pickup or receive a tag for being over the limit, call Republic Services customer service at 972.422.2341.

- One time per week collection.
- Content must fit with the lid closed within the cart.
- Please have carts placed 3 feet away from each other and other objects.
- If you need to order an additional cart, please call 972.771.7700 to arrange.
New Recycle & Solid Waste Collection Schedule
Please read the following details about our new service zones:
- The daily services have been set up to mirror your current recycling day.
- The exception is the Wednesday service area (green section).
- Signs will be placed at the entrance of the new Wednesday solid waste and recycling service day areas.
