Winter Service Updates
Summit County residents may receive trash and recycling updates by emailing summitcounty@republicservices.com. Include your address and phone number to receive these updates.
If your recycling and/or trash is not picked up on your service day, bring your carts in after 7 p.m. Put them out the next morning by 7 a.m. for pickup. If the carts are still unable to be serviced, they will not be collected until the next regularly scheduled service day (the following week for trash or two weeks for recycling).

If your pickup day falls on one of these holidays, it will be delayed by one day. If the holiday lands on a weekend there will be no delay in service.

Recycling
Commonly accepted recyclables include: paper, plastic, cardboard, and aluminum. Glass acceptance varies by location and exceptions do exist, based on location so please contact your local provider for details.
