Jeni Bell

Jeni Bell is Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Republic Services. She is responsible for driving growth, enhancing the Republic Services brand and leading the company’s focus in delivering a superior and differentiated customer experience. Jeni oversees marketing, communications, product development, customer engagement and revenue management.
Prior to joining Republic Services in 2025, Jeni served as Senior Vice President of Performance Marketing & Platforms, Senior Vice President of Product Marketing for Converged Mobility and Broadband, and Senior Vice President of Broadband Sales and Marketing for AT&T. She also held roles in corporate strategy, including Vice President and General Manager of two markets.
Previously, Jeni served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Synergy for WarnerMedia.
Jeni earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Utah.
