How it Works
NMP is used to dissolve and transport Nickel, Magnesium and Cobalt (NMC) powder. Once the NMC powder has been released onto the electrode plates, the material is cooled, condensed and collected as a waste by-product. Manufacturers will use 10,000 to 20,000 gallons per month.
We receive the by-product NMP in bulk from the manufacturers and distill it into an industrial grade NMP that is sold into the paint stripper markets. Segregation of NMP from other generators assures that no reclaimed material is used to benefit other competitors.
Our distillation process the highest quality end product, allowing us to guarantee a specific spec to the clients we supply. This helps to maintain long-term relationships in the product re-sale marketplace.
Additionally, we have the ability to provide tank telemetry monitoring and track volumes to automate pick-up. Our fleet of professionally trained drivers can be dispatched 24 hours per day to meet customer requirements. By utilizing our R&D and quality control expertise, we're able to buy spent NMP, offer tolling and provide on-site distillation services. We also offer total in-plant management of all waste streams, including zero landfill solutions.
