The Challenge
A site assessment and waste profiling concluded that they had six tanks that needed routine cleaning. Additionally, one pit had not been cleaned in a long time. A significant amount of sludge from PPE and containers mixed in with the sludge required specific equipment for effective cleaning.
The Solution
Through our extensive fleet of equipment, we professionally cleaned the six tanks. We quickly provided the specialized equipment needed to clean out the pit that hadn’t been properly cleaned over an extended period of time, changing from a liquid truck and using a vac box with an Air Mover to remove sludge buildup. This significantly reduced onsite time and downtime for the customer.
Our efficient approach to tank cleaning, drum management and disposal minimized onsite time, reducing downtime for the customer, who greatly benefited from working with just one provider. Additionally, they enjoyed a cost savings for waste hauling, as we're closer in proximity to the facility they need serviced.
Through our nationwide network of facilities, there is potential to extend this partnership to other locations.
