3M Scott Air-Pak
3M’s Scott Air-Pak, a self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) is used by first responders and rescue teams in areas with smoke, heat or inhalation hazards. The Air-Pak is known for its rugged construction and ability to withstand heat. The simple and lightweight Air-Pak 4.5 is the most common SCBA used by first responders in the U.S.
SRS is an official distributor and authorized service center for Air-Pak servicing first responders and other industries in Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma and railroads across North America. Aftermarket services include:

Compressed Gas Management
SRS’s experience with compressed gas management includes responses to incidents involving:
- LPG
- Anhydrous ammonia
- Chlorine
- Vinyl chloride monomer
- Sulfur dioxide (SO2)

Additionally, our experts manage containers and strategic fire suppression activities on burning LPG tanks, tank cars, cylinders and fixed facility fires.
TIH/PIH Materials Management
Every year, our SRS teams perform 200+ chlorine transfers and 1,000+ connections without release or exposure, conducting weekly routine chlorine transfers at multiple water facilities. SRS is an associate member of the Chlorine Institute and a verified Level III Emergency Response Contractor in the CHLOREP program. Our experts respond to critically damaged chlorine, vinyl chloride and mission chemical containers.
