Early payment - supply chain finance
Republic Services offers a Supply Chain Finance solution through our partnership with Taulia, a market-leading provider of invoice, payment, and financial management solutions. This solution provides you with 24/7 visibility into invoice and payment status, comprehensive supplier self-services and the ability to accept early payment offers - entirely FREE of charge. Suppliers are able to receive early payment for any invoice of their choice with a small nominal fee based on Republic Services' credit rating.

Early payment - business payables automation
Business Payables Automation (BPA) is an electronic virtual card payment solution used to pay for goods and services after the invoice has been received and approved. It is typically used for purchases that require a purchase order. Payment is made immediately* upon invoice approval. This payment method provides suppliers with the following benefits:
- Accelerated payments
- Improved working capital
- Reduced A/R costs
- Enhanced data
- Reduces fraud
- Eliminates paper checks
Certain supplier categories are ineligible for BPA card.
*Allow up to 10 days for processing.
Immediate payment
Republic Services offers payment via Purchasing Card to suppliers who want to receive immediate payment for goods produced or services provided. This payment method provides suppliers with the following benefits:
- Immediate payments
- Improved working capital
- Reduced A/R costs
- Eliminates paper checks
- Eliminates payment terms
