It is our pleasure to announce that after proudly serving customers in O’Fallon and the surrounding communities, Curbside Sanitation is merging our operations with another capable and customer-focused solid waste and recycling company, Republic Services Edwardsville.
On October 14, we completed a sale of our operations, which will mean Republic Services, will begin providing service to all of you effective Monday, November 2, 2015.
Having served the community for 12 years, our desire was to sell our company to someone that we feel will continue our tradition of excellent service. Republic Services is one of the nation’s largest providers of non-hazardous solid waste collection, recycling and disposal services. The Company’s mission is to provide industry-leading solid waste and environmental services that exceed our customers’ highest expectations.

Republic Services did not purchase the receivables of Curbside Sanitation so please remit any outstanding payments to Curbside. Republic Services will honor all periods that you have paid. You will be receiving your next invoice from Republic Services with a new “remit-to” address. A representative from Republic Services will be contacting all commercial customers in the near future to confirm service levels and service days. PRICING WILL NOT CHANGE – In fact Republic is going to guarantee your price for 1 year.
