State-of the-Art Thermal Desorption Unit (TDU)
Our Thermal Desorption unit (TDU) offer a more sustainable and cost-effective alternative to incineration, stabilization and landfill disposal. With the recent addition of a container shredder, we can now offer non-bulk container processing including drums (steel, poly, fiber or combination), cubic yard boxes, gaylords and steel framed totes for a variety of materials.
Managing Recoverable Organic Waste Streams
Our Robstown Facility in Texas maintains an RCRA permit, which enables us to operate as a Verified Recycler under RCRA, making customers potentially eligible to reduce their liability and cost by granting their outbound waste streams exemption from RCRA regulations.

Our Capabilities
Our TDU manages several types of manufacturing and refinery waste, including:
- Organic-bearing waste from petroleum, petrochemical, ethylene processing and other manufacturing
- Organic-bearing liquids, sludges and solids
- Metal-bearing catalysts
- RCRA listed (K171 and K172), characteristic and non-hazardous catalyst
- RCRA exempted (HSM) metal-bearing catalyst
Container Shredder
The container shredder process is essential for recycling and processing scrap materials, ensuring efficient and environmentally friendly waste management. Drums and containers are being fed into the shredder. All materials are sorted by solids and liquids.
How it works:
- Loading: The materials are loaded into the shredder using a hydraulic arm, crane or conveyor belt
- Shredding: The material is roughly cut and then ground with the shredder’s rotating roller or blades
- Waste Outputs: All materials are sorted by solids and liquids and receive treatment through the TDU if they are eligible. All other materials are managed compliantly onsite
