Patuxent Roll-Off's Commercial Front-Load Services are now part
of Republic Services
We are pleased to announce that Republic Services and Patuxent Roll-Off have entered an agreement that will result in Republic Services buying the front-load commercial business from Patuxent Roll-Off on the Western and Eastern shores of Maryland. The first day of operation for the front-load commercial customers under Republic Services will be November 1, 2021. All current roll-off customers will remain with Patuxent Roll-Off.
What to Expect:
- Collection service schedules will remain the same until otherwise notified.
- Customers’ current billing rates will remain the same.
- Customers will continue to use their existing waste carts.
- Your account receivable balances prior to November 1, 2021, will need to be paid to Patuxent Roll-Off. All payments relating to November service and forward will be paid to Republic Services.
- A Republic Services representative will be contacting you in the near future to confirm service levels and recycling opportunities.
We expect the transition to be seamless. You will continue to receive the same great service as you did from Patuxent Roll-Off. For customers wishing to pay their invoices electronically, you may sign up for the Republic Services App by going to the website address, RepublicServices.com/pay-bill. You will need your new account number to sign up, which will be on your first invoice.
