The Seattle, WA interactive learning center was designed to educate community groups, students, sustainability leaders, and our governmental partners about recycling. Visitors will experience a first-hand view of the recycling process at our education center through a presentation, educational videos, interactive displays, and various activities tailored to your group.

- Minimum group size of 3 is required for an appointment
- Learning Center capacity is 49 people
- Minors must be accompanies by an adult
- Due to safety concerns, young children are not allowed in our MRF

We do not knowingly process personal data from children under the age of 13. We also do not engage in profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning consumers, as defined in the CPA. To the extent we process deidentified information, we will maintain and use the information in deidentified form and will not attempt to reidentify the information unless permitted by applicable law.

How We Verify Your Identity To Complete Your Requests
To help protect your privacy and maintain security, we will take steps to verify your identity before granting you access to your personal information or complying with your request. If you have an account with us, we may verify your identity by requiring you to sign in to your account. If you do not have an account with us and you request access to or deletion of your personal information, we may require you to provide any of the following information a copy of your recent billing statement, a copy of a recent utility bill that includes your service address, or other information necessary to verify your identity. In addition, if you do not have an account and you ask us to provide you with a copy of your personal information, we may require you to sign a declaration under penalty of perjury that you are the consumer whose personal information is the subject of the request.
If you submit a request through an authorized agent, we may ask for your written permission or a power of attorney. We may require that you verify your identity where an authorized agent submits a request on your behalf.
